Girls Talk Black!
Okay, so it’s this blog’s first time joining Girls Talk Meme, although the author have been enjoying this meme week after week over at A Schooling Mom’s Mutter & Shutter. I figured it would be great to switch blog every now and then. Ha ha ha. The joy of having multiple blogs, right? Lol.
Anyway, this week’s theme for GT is about black. I am asked to share anything black that I own. First off, I have lots of black clothes, because black is beautiful and it makes me look at least 5 lbs thinner than my actual weight. LOL.
However, I won’t post any photo of me in my black looks so thank me for that! 
What I am going to share is my precious Samsung HZ30W Digital Camera which works powerfully for me. Many have been wondering if I use a DSLR which I do not. So now, here’s how my precious tool for capturing my best images, the birthday gift which I bought for myself when I turned 28 years old last March:
This 12 megapixels (only) with a 15x optical zoom is what I was after for when I decided to buy this for myself. I was using a Canon, a Sony, a Kodak, and a Pentax in the past, so there was a bit of hesitations when I ordered this. Basing on the reviews that I read first though, the confidence that I shall be getting a really good product won. It has plenty of features but I don’t have time to explore everything. Its large 3.0″ LCD screen makes it so easy for my blind eyes to see if the images I’ve captured are sharp enough. Its 20mm wide camera angle makes it cool for me to be taking a photo of myself even while just holding it because it looks like the camera is that far from my huge face! LOL.
So to all of you who have been wondering what camera I use, now, my secret is revealed! Lol. No DSLR for me because of its size mainly as I tend to bring my camera with me every time I go out so a DSLR will not work in such cases. Number two, I am not willing to pay for an expensive priced camera when I couldn’t earn from the photos I take. Lol. Maybe when I decide to open a studio; that’s when a DSLR will be perfect. For now, I dwell on a purely Point-and-shoot shutter!

hmmmm… this is gorgeous… I’m so dumb with tech.. I”m actually dependent of what my hubby suggests.. hahaha… but it’s cool gadget… dropping by for GT.

They both look like they were taken using an SLR cam.
Well if you have a camera as nice as that, who needs a DSLR — esp if you dont use it for studio purposes, eh?

I agree with you. I also much prefer a digital camera that takes great photos than a bulky DSLR. Perhaps, if I go professional.
