Hello Mommies!

I have been late for MM but I don’t want to miss this week’s theme so better late than never, right? Lol.

Anyway, “Mommy’s Favorite Photos” is what we are featuring for this week and because I am such a shutterholic mom with thousands of photos in my hard drive, I won’t be posting old ones. Instead, I’ll show off the recent captures which I consider my recent favorites. Here they are:

Taken last Spring

That is a priceless joy, isn’t it? Was able to candidly took a snap of her while having discovered a fun way of spending her time on the bed: pile those pillows and jump off from there. This act of my daughter reminded me of my childhood memories with my Kuya when we were both so playful.

Taken last summer, I had to make this photo into black-and-white so that her pink outfit won’t hide her precious smile!

The BEST ride, ever!!!

Taken a couple weeks ago on our last short outdoor walks around our block. We were just walking for almost a mile already when the daughter asked the Dad, “Dad, can I ride on your back?” And the Daddy, being sore because of his recent office move, wanted to refuse, but didn’t. Ah… fatherhood!

I requested the husband to take a snap of the leaves on the trail where we trekked for the last time this year (because winter is here and we are saying goodbye to outdoor hiking already), and he exceeded my expectation. I love how creativity played in his mind when he made the daughter’s and my gallivanting feet included in his subject!

I don’t know about you, but my daughter’s smiles and antics are such a  healer!
